Basic CRM reports
Basic reports are available in every module. These reports basically list all the records of a specific module, and this information can be exported to excel for further analysis. Access to these reports can be controlled via authorization roles. So in case, you do not want a specific employee to see all the leads, contacts or accounts, and export it then you can restrict access to these transactions through the authorization profile.
For list cases transaction, the details shown in the report will be restricted to the valid combinations of the organizational unit, territory and case types for which the user is authorized.
Enhanced CRM Reports
Enhanced reports are predefined reports for various specific needs. These are available in reports menu and accessible to authorized users. The data can be exported to excel for further modification and chart preparation.
Meaningful CRM Dashboards (Coming Soon)

Many CRMs are still providing dashboard with technology of the past where dashboards are presented as an independent dashlet where you need to change the input for each dashlet specifically.
The dashboards we provide are shown as a collection of tiles, interconnected to each other to present one single dataset in meaningful manner. If you click on any data point the other tiles get adjusted automatically.
