This Privacy Policy applies to Solastis Solutions Pte Ltd [UEN 201709391E] (as the context requires “We”, “Our” or “Us”) in relation to Our operations. This policy explains how We handle personal information and comply with the requirements of applicable laws. Since the entity is registered in the Republic of Singapore, the policy follows the Singapore regulations in this aspect. This covers all of Our “Apps” “Websites,” “Products” and “Services” you “Customers” may receive pursuant these and our other “Terms“. This policy relates to our collection and handling of personal information that is covered by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) or “Act“. It is not intended to cover categories of personal information that are not covered by the Act. We comply with the Act as well as common law when handling personal data. For processing of the personal information obtained or pertaining to EU Data Subjects, we also comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The information is gather via number of sources including but not limited to:
- our Websites (including but not limited to com);
- any social media;
- banners, banner adds;
- our App;
- cookies from our Websites;
- any software; and
- any other way information is collected manually or electronically.

By registering your email address with us you acknowledge and accept that your email address may be shared with Mailgun Technologies, Inc. in order to facilitate the services. Payments on the website are conducted through third-party service provider Chargebee Inc. By making a purchase through our website acknowledge and accept that your payment information is being processed by Chargebee Inc. in order to facilitate the services.
